Following the massive success of Love Unspoken at the Holy Trinity Church, Cowes, Isle of Wight Pride are proud to be working with Annalisa Vaughan from Project:Opera, to bring you an outstanding collection of bespoke concerts in the run up to UK Pride which are not to be missed.

Project:Opera’s Angela Pascale, Annalisa Vaughan, Clarice Williams, Ian Pope, Oskar McCarthy, Robert-John Edwards and Paul Featherstone gather for the Isle of Wight’s first ever UK Pride Opera Festival!

Three very different events at three very different venues, from Mozart and scenes of cross-dress and disguise to Monteverdi and Purcell, to the eternal Verdi!

The first of three opera events taking place around the Isle of Wight as part of UK Pride – fringe festival, Casanova’s ball opens Pride week with a program of popular arias on the themes of romance and disguises, including arias from Don Giovanni, Le Nozze di Figaro, Tales of Hoffman and more.
